My favorite Place!!! ♥

It is a tradition for me and my family to go to the Montage Beach on the saturday or sunday after Christmas. It was really fun. I had club volleyball practice this morning 8-10 so my family picked me up from practice on our way to our little tradition:). I changed and then we went to Coyote Grill, an awesome little place that serves yummy breakfast and overlooks the beautiful blue ocean. After that we went and walked around on the Montage Beach! It was gorgeous today. It is proboly my favorite place ever! :)

Update!

Merry Christmas everyone! Well Christmas was great! I had so much fun with my family, laughing, and being together, and reading the Christmas story. I love Christmas, one of my favorite gifts was my new bible. I love it and i have already started to read it and i love it. 

Update:

School is going good, and i am getting good grades, and having a blast!! I am playing club volleyball for Impact, and i am my teams setter.  My sisters coming home and having fun with them. Making silly memories with friends. Cooking for Christmas, and being with my family, is what has been going on in my life.

Break!

Hi! Well today i am finally on Thanksgiving break! yay! My whole family is home ( including one of Laurens roomates Shea!) It has been really fun around the house. They are home early becasue of the fire that happened on there campus and in Snata Barbra. And of course when they come home they find out there are fires down here too. But we are all safe. And we are haveing a great time as a family!

Junior High is going great. I love my History class, and my bible too! Surprisingly i like Math too! :)

Volleyball!!!

Hey!

Well i have been having a blast being on my Schools varsity volleyball team. My coach Mr. Green is a really great coach. He has tought me alot. He also coached Tessa in volleyball at Heights. I have been pretty busy with volleyball because i hve practice about everyday sometimes not and game about everyweek. My team WAS undeveated with 6 wins. When it came to our 7th game we lost. But we still already secured our spot  in the the playoffs. I am having a great time!!!

13!!!

Hey ! I turned 13 two days ago!!! ahh! crazy!!! I had such an awesome day. My friends decorated my locker, and i got cards from all of them then that night i had a bunch of friends over and we ate, played games, hung out, we toilet papered soeones house, and Lo, Bobe, toe and adri and kimmis and loe's friends were all there! :) I t was a great birthday! I loved it!! And i had pizookie for m birthday cake! YUMM!

Jr. High

JR. HIGH!!!!! I love jr. high! Well on the first day i ha dmy mom take me, so i met up wtih all my friendsgot my books and found my friends that had classes with me so we coudl walk there together! I love my homeroom teacher. She is my math teacher, even though i don't really like math i still like the class. I also love my bible and History teachers and classes.Now i am taking the bus in the moring and on the way home. We had volleyball tryouts and 2 days ago i found out i made Varsity!!!!!!!!!!!!So yesterday(friday) was our first practice!!!! So i won;t be taking the bus home as much on the way during the vball season! I love Jr. high! =)

Bible Study!

I am so excited because the 7th grade girls bible study starts on September 11th. I know its sort of far from now but still. I am soooo excited! Because last year i grew so much in the Lord, and i learned a ton. And i built alot of new relationships. =)

"Big sister" "Little sister" Dinner!

Tonight I went to a dinner with my mom. Most of the 8th grade girls and most 7th grade girls and there mom's were at the dinner. It was sooo fun. My Big sisters name was actually Lauren!! Wierd huh!? Well she is very nice, and really funny. I also got to meet all my other friends friends and that was really fun. Now i feel like i know a ton more people!There was iced tea, lemonade, water, cookies and other yummy things. They gave us our Big Sisters by having the 7th graders come in in a line and having the 8th graders in a line. So when we walked in the 8th grader next in line would walk up to us and show us to our table and talk to us. Then there was a fashion show of the do's and dont's of there dress code! It was really fun!

Olympics!

Ooooo...i just love the olympics. One of the things i love about it is that it changed location every 4 years, i have learned alot about each of those countries and its really fun. Also i love seeing all the different sports and activities. I think i get the love of the olympics from my mom!!!



Its just soo Jolly! =D I hope everyone is having a great summer, and enjoys the olympics!♥

Registration

Registraton at Heights!! AHH!..wierd...i am still processing the me...ME..is a 7TH GRADER! When we got there the very first moment i walked in the doors...i thought wow..this is MY school...for 2 years. Also at that same moment i saw a teacher sorta eyeing me....i was thinking....hmm why are they staring at me? But then it ended up that he knew my sisters! It seemed alot of people did, everyonce in a while somone would ask if im a martin girl? Im defnitly excited...but a little nervous...

Im taking the bus for the very first time! It will be fun! I remeber dropping off my sisters at whittier Christian Highschool for the bus stop then going to maybrook.Now thinking two of my sisters are now going to colege...its going to be sad...but im happy for them! It will be for sure quiter because Lauren would always walk in the door singing at the top of her lungs. Also tessa will be busy with volleyball....soo ill be home alot just me with my mom and dad.

Jr.High will be a big year full of work,vball, tests, friends,lockers,and new,NEW New stuff.

Kentucky

We are in Kentucky right now! In Louisville...not Who Ville...=) This whople time i thought we were going to Whoville!!! And i thought it was the coolest thiong that we were going there...and that Nat and Mat are moving to..."Whoville" but then yesterday while i was trying to check the weather here...i looked up Whoville Knetucky, and oof course i found nothing. So then i asked my mom which city we were staying in and she said Louisville!!! I told everyone i was going to Whoville Kentucky, and everyone was like no way! That is soo cool. But i guess theres no such thing! HAHA!

It is sooo pretty! Don't worry Nat...there is a BJ'S, PF changs here, and ruth's chris! Also the houses and landscapes are gorgeouos!!! We know you well like it here!! There are a ton of green trees, and pretty sunsets.

Tessa's vball ternaments start up tomorrow! So it will be fun to see her play!

CAMERA!!!!!!!

Today i got a CAMERA! I am sooo happy. I don't know if you all know but i just love love photography, i have been taking pictures and more pictures with my parents cameras. Now i finally have my own! I just love photography i am hoping to take a class in the summer, but we can't find one yet. The cool part is that i bought it with my own money! I really love it...i took some pics on it sooo maybe in my next post i can post some pics!!!

Ending of school

The ending of school is coming soon! But right now it just seems like it is coming slower! =D The wierd thing is that basically my whole life has been at Maybrook, now im leaving it on the 12th. It almost feels like i am moving houses...but moving schools. I have grown up there, have had laughs there, cries there, falls there, embarassing moments, and many more. But now im going to be a Hawk! At Heights, i am sooo excited but at the same time sort of sad, but im TOTALLY ready for heights!

I love the last week of school because its just FUN! Dressing up, taking silly pictures, sports, yearbook, and yummy food! ( one of my favorites! Of course it is...Im a Martin!) Its still wierd to think that me, really truly ME, is going to be a 7th grader!!!WOW

School is going GREAT! I absalutly LOVE my teacher! She is sooo fun, kind, funny, and had a bug heart for the Lord! I have a ton of fun in my class... i have alot of friends who are in my class! My favorite suubject is Science! Speaking of science... I got Superior at the Science Fair!!!!!!

Talent Show

Lauren and Sara got 2ND! They should've honestly gotten first. ( i am not just saying that ) =)...They did extremely well! It sounded GORGEOUS!... Lauren played the guitar while sara played the piano. There voices sound soooo good together. Maybe my Mom well put the video on her blog! =)

Science Fair

I am going to the Scinece fair! It will be fun... my project ( or my hypothesis is) Do teens ( or pre teens) have better memories than Adults? What i found out was that the athe age around 12 yrs old have better long term memory and the Adults have better short term memory! I found soooo many ways to keep your memory good, like tricks, and things to help! Science is my favorite subject...espeacily if its about the human body!

Volleyball Season!

This was after our game. It was against Crossroads. It was a hard game, because we played our hearts out! I think it was the best we played yet! We could've one. We lost only by 2 points! Most of the girls including me were crying, but getting compliments even from parents from the other team about how good and hard we played, made us feel better. So we finished off the year with getting 3rd! Which, i guess, isn't soooo bad! =)

Hi everyone! WOW! I havn't posted for a while! As you can see on my my mom's blog i and the rest of the family have been really busy! School is going great... and Erica is home from her big trip to Mexico with her good friend Laura! Erica got sooo tan... i think she might actually be tanner than me! (which is unusual!) =)...
